It took a while for it to get here but it was worth waiting for!

This is an update of my previous review. The long delay in receiving my order was due to the fact that these hats originate in China and have custom text. I eventually did hear back from customer support. They were very helpful and provided a tracking link for my order which has finally arrived. I am pleased therefore to increase the rating to 5 stars. The hats are well made and met my expectations for the product.

Loved the design, the fit, the lettering as well as the material it's made of!!

My first order went really well. The hat was a big hit with my Audi Club of Georgia mates when I rode it to a driving event so I ordered three more to use as club raffle items and gifts at future events, but I have yet to receive the order after several weeks. I have tried to contact the seller but their support email address is non-functional and my messages bounce back. Have to give a low rating for now based on the poor service and failure to receive my order. Really would like to get this cleared up, since I really like the hats!
